  • never recruiting a candidate we have placed while that candidate remains with the employer that paid the recruiting fee
  • not recruiting any attorney from the office of any employer in which we have made a placement for a minimum of a six-month period following that placement
  • treating confidential information relating to the client accordingly
  • guaranteeing information provided to the client shall be the most accurate information known to our firm
  • never referring a candidate to a client until he or she has personally interviewed, screened and determined appropriate as a referral to the client
  • never withholding candidate information which the client would reasonably consider essential to its hiring decision
  • referring candidates only after receiving the candidates' express prior consent
  • never discriminating in the provision of our services on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, handicap, age or any other legally proscribed criteria

Additionally, Ann Israel is an esteemed past president of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC) as well as having been a member and/or officer of the Board of Directors for over 11 years. She served on the committee that developed the NALSC Code of Ethics, is a past chairperson of the Ethics Committee and was the chairperson and/or co-chairperson of several annual NALSC conferences.

The 20th century presented the most difficult as well as the most exciting challenges ever to face the legal community; certainly the dawn of the 21st century will continue to put forth these very same provocative issues. We welcome the opportunity to address these challenges with you.
